About Dan and the Team
Dan Wall has dedicated his life to helping people of all ages and fitness levels to look and feel their best. He got his start in fitness at 13 years old with a desire to become a better athlete. It’s a very similar story to the old Charles Atlas advertisements, going from a 98 pound weakling to a national level competitive bodybuilder.
Although that was his start, he rounded out his experience and education with a Bachelor’s of Science from the State University of New York at Cortland and a certification from the American College of Sports Medicine as well as the American Council on Exercise.
Since 1983 Dan’s enjoyed working with executives, stay at home moms, high school and pro athletes, local celebrities and even the occasional movie star. He’s helped several thousand people achieve their health and fitness goals. Having recently aquired his AARP card himself, his passion lately is for those desiring to remain active and energetic in their 2nd half of life.
He does so in his fully equipped 5000 square foot private training studio in South Tampa.
All clients start with a comprehensive evaluation, beginning with a movement screening tool to evaluate limitations and asymmetries in fundamental movement patterns. This is the ultimate tool in devising an individually tailored exercise plan. We use this to identify areas of weakness and instability that could potentially result in injury if left unchecked.
A corrective exercise strategy is then implemented into the unique program design.
